Re5: The existential challenge - CSJ and local efforts

Like many of you I was depressed, sadden and angry over what happened with the election. But I am even angrier at those people that I have talked to that want to “give up”, move somewhere else, or just wallow in negative feelings. It is clear to me that many people in this country have lost or perhaps never had the ability to examine issues with a critical mind. The reality is that sometimes things have to get really really bad before people can see the lies and mistruths and recognize that change must happen!!

As a result of this election

I am …

Resolved to fight even harder,

Inspired by the words of Michael D, Michael H, Stuart, and others, Moved by the beloved community that we are creating among ourselves, And motivated to take action.

If not now…when?

If not us…who?

I look forward to working with each of you as we work to create a more peaceful and just world!

Aloha to you and your loved ones-

Judy
