EME 6930 Web Programming 2

HOW TO GET A PERMIT TO TAKE THE CLASS

1. Thanks for your interest in Web Programming 2.  The general course prerequisite is that you must have achieved an "A" in Web Programming 1.  Do not request a permit if you do not meet this requirement.  If you have already succeeded in registering for the course without securing a permit from me, and you do not meet the prerequisite requirement, then drop the course immediately.  If you do meet the prerequisite requirement then please send me an email message (below) to let me know that you have registered and to remind me when you took WP1.

2. A Distance Learning section of Web Programming 2 is offered as a convenience to those students who meet the general prerequisite, who do not wish to attend on-campus sessions, and who are confident that they can master the course objectives through independent study that is directed by the instructor via web-based materials and email interactions.  Students who feel that they were highly challenged (struggled?) to secure their A in WP1 should not take WP2 as distance learners.

3.  To request a permit for Web Programming 2, please send an email request to wwwprog@tempest.coedu.usf.edu  specifying which section you wish to pursue and reminding me of when you took WP1.  If you also include your student UID number in the message it will save you a later step in the registration process, but do not include it if you do not wish to have it retransmitted by me in unencrypted format.
