A unique program

The Virtual Graduate Program in Varying Exceptionalities is the vehicle that connects participating universities from around Florida in a collaborative effort to provide graduate courses in special education through online instruction.  Faculty from across the state will offer courses in varying exceptionalities using the flexibility and increased access of the Internet.

Teachers seeking graduate credit in Varying Exceptionalities through the virtual program will have the opportunity to not only interact with a broad array of university faculty, but also with classroom teachers from around the state. This unique opportunity is coupled with the convenience of remaining close to home and school site.

How do I apply to the program?

How are courses delivered?
Through the innovative use of technology, courses will be delivered through the Internet and satellite connections.
What resources are available?
The Florida Distance Learning and Referral Center will prvide access to library resources as well as technical and research assistance.
How can I purchase books and course material?
Books and course material can be purchased over the Internet or through the participating university bookstore.
