Attention all interns
Important Information

You need the following items before beginning the online final internship application process.   Once you begin the online process, you cannot quit in the middle of the process and then resume at a later time.  If you do not have all the information that you need to complete the application, you need to begin the whole process over.  Please make sure you read the directions carefully and have all the items below before beginning the online internship application process.

1.       Undergraduate Interns-All sections of the General Knowledge Test (GKT) must be passed prior to interning.  The passing GKT test scores must be submitted to your Academic Advisor in Student Academic Services (EDU 106).

Graduate Interns-
All
sections of the General Knowledge Test (GKT) must be passed prior to interning.  An original score report of your GKT scores must be submitted to the Graduate Studies Office (EDU 106E).

2.                 The date(s) that you passed or will be taking both sections (professional and subject areas) of the Florida Teacher Certification Exam (FTCE).

3.                 To obtain your correct GPAs-

Undergraduate students only
can obtain their GPAs online at www.facts.org.  Click on the College Student link.  Then, under Advising Audits, click on Graduation Check and then click continue.  Enter your Institution information and print SASS Audit.  Do not use GPA's from your transcript.

Graduate students
must obtain their GPA from their USF transcripts.

4.                 If you check yes to the Disclosure of Judicial Record, please submit all items listed pertaining to the offense.  If you do not have a copy, you must order the items from the county in which the offense took place.

5.                 Information pertaining to your Educational Record (Secondary schools and Colleges that you have attended).

6.                 Information pertaining to your Practicum and Internship experience (course prefix & title, semester/year taken, classroom responsibilities, name of school, grade level, hours/week in school.

7.                 Information pertaining to your work experience related to children or youth/teaching.
