The Region IV Regional Training Council serves educators working with adults in school districts, community colleges, volunteer literacy programs, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, and correctional facilities in Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Hardee, Highlands, Sarasota, DeSoto, Glades, Charlotte, Lee, Hendry, and Collier counties. The fiscal agent for RTC IV is the David C. Anchin Center housed within the College of Education in at the University of South Florida.

Workshops

Through the Regional Training Council, we are able to offer training opportunities for adult educators in areas related to TABE, Volunteer Tutoring, CASAS, Best Plus, the GED Math Initiative, Adults with Learning Disabilities, and the National Reporting System.
