Region IV Resource Center
Welcome to the Region IV Resource Center
The Region IV Resource Center serves educators working with adults in school districts, community colleges, volunteer literacy programs, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, and correctional facilities in the fifteen counties of Region IV. The Center is housed within the College of Education in the David C. Anchin Center at the University of South Florida, with the Centers, Institutes, and Special Projects.
Through the Regional Training Council and The Regional Literacy Council, we are able to offer training opportunities for adult educators in areas related to TABE, Volunteer Tutoring, CASAS, Best Plus, the GED Math Initiative, Adults with Learning Disabilities, and the National Reporting System. To view scheduled trainings, click on the "Workshops" link at the left.
Each year, Region IV surveys our clients regarding training priorities to better meet their needs. Please click on the following link to add your voice to this process through the use of an online questionnaire.
These state leadership projects are funded by the Florida Department of Education, Division of Workforce Development.
