Region II Training Council
Welcome to the Region II Training Council
The Region II Training Council serves educators working with adults in school districts, community colleges, volunteer literacy programs, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, and correctional facilities in the twenty-one counties of Region II. The RTC is housed within the College of Education in the David C. Anchin Center at the University of South Florida.

Through the Regional Training Council, we are able to offer training opportunities for adult educators in areas related to TABE, Reading Strategies, CASAS, the GED Math Initiative, Adults with Learning Disabilities, and the National Reporting System.
