The purpose of the Personnel Development Partnership is to increase the State’s capacity to recruit, prepare and retain highly qualified personnel in Florida that provide instructional and related services to children with disabilities.

Paraprofessional-To-Teacher Program
This project is designed to increase the number of Paraprofessionals enrolled in the University of South Florida’s initial ESE undergraduate teacher preparation program from across the PDP/SPDG USF region.
Highly Qualified – Autism Endorsement
This project is designed to support teachers of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the USF PDP region in reaching highly qualified status by obtaining the Florida State Autism Endorsement.
Highly Qualified – Severe/Profound Endorsement
This project is designed to support teachers of students with Severe or Profound Disabilities in the USF PDP region in reaching highly qualified status by obtaining the Florida State Severe or Profound Endorsement.
