Equipment for Classroom Support
| The following rooms are equipped with an Audio-Visual (A-V) Cart: Data Projector, Desktop Computer, Document Camera, DVD/VCR Combo Unit , and Sympodium. |
The following rooms are equipped with a Smart System: LCD Projector, Remote, VGA/Audio Cables, and have access to VCR and DVD players. If showing VCR or DVD, go to EDU 218 before your class, drop off the video/DVD, and instructions will be provided. |

How to reserve equipment? Choose one of the following:
- Call (813) 974-1222 and open a ticket to place your request. Once availability is checked, an email confirming your reservation will be sent.
- Come by ITS (EDU 218) and fill out a Equipment Reservation form.
- Download the Equipment Reservation form and take to ITS (EDU 218)
How long can COEDU faculty keep the equipment?
- Generally, reservations are for a class period and up to several days.
