- Florida
Certification Coverages shows a list of the
current certification coverages in the State of Florida.
The ones that are underlined are some of the coverages
for which the USF offers programs/course
work. You can click on those to see the "specialization"
requirement (what is required to be eligible to be
hired). For information

Information includes a list of contact personnel
for the twelve counties (school districts) that make
up the University of South Florida service area. As well as other general information there

Teacher Certification Exam (FTCE) Competencies
shows specific kinds of things covered on the Professional
Education (PEd) exam, all Subject Area (SAE) exams,
and the General Knowledge (GK) exam.

Employment Site is a free site where you can
get information on preparing a good resume, etc. and
where you can apply for teaching positions in most
school districts in Florida.

DOE - Teacher Certification
is a STATE site with information on all areas of certification,
types of certificates, application procedures, fees,
renewal, reinstatement, etc.
- Interstate
Agreement on Qualification of Educational
Personnel (Reciprocity) is a STATE document
showing which states participate in this reciprocity
agreement.
