NCATE/FL DOE site visit:

Saturday, April 22nd - Wednesday, April 26th, 2006

Site Visit Interview Questions: These are questions that may be asked by the NCATE/DOE teams in group interviews with faculty, students, and school personnel.

In the FALL 2005, faculty are asked to complete the following tasks:

Faculty Summary Vita form: To be completed by full-time, adjunct faculty, and graduate students who teach courses or supervise interns. Due: September 9, 2005

FL DOE Program Status Report: Each initial certification program should complete a one to two page status report. The report should include a comparison chart showing courses required during the last DOE review and current course requirements. Due: September 9, 2005

Identifying Proficiencies related to diversity and technology. The linked document is a compilation of all references to diversity and technology in the COE conceptual framework and FL Accomplished Practices.  It also includes the FL ESOL standards and the ISTE standards.  Due: October 14, 2005

In addition, departments will be asked provide a record of faculty degrees and assignments.
