Requirements (with the new legislation, students
with a valid Florida Professional Educator's Certificate are
NO LONGER EXEMPT from the requirements.)
Obtaining a Copy of CLAST Scores
If a student needs
a copy of their CLAST scores, there are two possible ways to
achieve that:
- If the student took the CLAST at the USF Testing Lab, that
office should have the scores saved in their database.
The phone number of that office is 813-974-2742. There
is no charge for this service. OR
- Students can contact the local FTCE Agency (813-974-2400).
The service costs $10.00, and the agency will provide the
student with a copy. The student must submit the following:
- name (if name changed, their name when they took the test
and their current name)
- address (then and now)
- SS#
- phone number and e-mail address
- what test they took
- when they took it
- check or money order for $10
