1. Directions

  • Students who have been accepted to USF can request permits for registration (either in an MA Program, Graduate Certificate Program, or as a Non-degree seeking student).
  • To locate acceptance information, visit Gifted Education Program Website
  • Please be sure your requests include all of the information below to ensure they will be processed. Requests will not be processed until students are able to register as determined by their registration appointment date and time.
  • An automated confirmation of your request will be sent upon receipt.
  • Please allow several days for processing of requests.
  • Students who request a permit prior to the beginning of the semester will be registered for courses by the department. If you decide not to take the course, it is your responsibility to drop the course prior to the last day of drop/add week to avoid tuition charges. Students should check their schedule on OASIS to see when they have been registered.
  • Students who request a permit after the beginning of the semester will be issued a permit and must register themselves for the course. (Students who register after the beginning of the semester may be charged a late registration fee.
