Documentation of Graphic Organizers: 

(Panel Meeting Guide, Note-taking Guide,
Panel Meeting Matrix)

The  guides may not be complete, but there is an effort to apply learned knowledge. The guides are complete. Some of the responses may not be effective for student to apply knowledge to the webquest activities. The guides and the matrix are completed and demonstrate accurate application of learned knowledge through the webquest. The graphic organizers reflect thorough application of knowledge learned through the webquest and an exemplary effort to use the guides efficiently.  
Group Effort Some of the graphic organizers do not reflect collaboration among the panel. Collaboration among panel members is evident, but an attempt to reach consensus is not apparent. All panel members have graphic organizers which demonstrate consensus-building. The three organizers reflect an integration of ideas by everyone. The panel members used the graphic organizers effectively as tools to gain a more insightful understanding of the Utopian concepts of this webquest.
