    Sunshine State Standards. The Florida State Sunshine State Standards were revised in 2008. For each there is a:

     
    1. Grade Level: K through 12
    2. Subject Area: (American History, etc.)
    3. Standard: (Historical Inquiry and Analysis, etc.)
    4. Benchmark Code: (SSKA1.1, etc.)
    5. Benchmark: (Develop an understanding of how to use and create a timeline)

    When citing goals in a lesson plan to be achieved, all 5 of the abve should be cited.
