Welcome to the Science Education Program - where pedagogy is raised up to an art and down to a science! You will find that our faculty have cultivated international reputations with their diverse and timely research programs. Coursework is informed by empirical research embedded in established and emerging theoretical traditions, philosophy, best practices related to pedagogical content knowledge, and a touch of common sense. Many of our doctoral students present research at national science education conferences and publish work in scholarly journals.
