ESOL Endorsement Process

| When you graduate from USF with your ESOL Endorsement, that statement will appear on your final transcript, along with the statement of certification in your field of teaching. When you apply to the Florida Department of Education for your certification, you should also apply for your ESOL Endorsement at the same time, and pay the FLDOE the corresponding fee for both your Teaching Certification and ESOL Endorsement. The ESOL Endorsement will only appear on your transcript AFTER you graduate. |
The following programs do NOT receive the ESOL Endorsement as part of their regular program of studies at USF:
ESOL Courses and Requirements
- Mathematics Education
- Music
- Physical Education
- Reading
- Science Education
- Social Science Education
