MAT - English EDUCATION/ESOL

You can earn an ESOL endorsement at the same time as a Master’s degree in English Education. The special requirements for ESOL endorsement through infusion are as follows:

• Successful completion of (1) ESOL 1, 2, and 3, with a minimum grade of 70% or better on all three sections of the ESOL Comprehensive Exam administered in the three ESOL courses;

• An ESOL Early field experience in ESOL 1;

• An ESOL Late field experience where students plan, implement, and evaluate lessons for one or more ESOL student over a series of weeks;

• An ESOL folder, containing all assignments and test results from ESOL 1, 2, and 3.

FLE 5431 ESOL 2 - Second Language and Literacy Acquisition in Children and Adolescents
