Frank Breit is an Associate Professor of Instructional Technology and one of the prime movers in the conception and development of the graduate programs in Instructional Technology at the University of South Florida. For the past 20 years he has taught graduate level courses in the areas of micro-computer hardware, multimedia, authoring tools, and appropriate uses of computer technology in the educational process. In 1996, he received a Teaching Incentive Award (TIP) for outstanding teaching. Dr. Breit serves as advisor for all students in the M.Ed. in Instructional Technology. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Center for Instructional Technology (FCIT), he helps in the development of materials for technology education as well as serves as principle investigator of several grants.
