Program Requirements
The applicant for admission to the program must present satisfactory evidence of:
A
bachelor's degree or its equivalent from
an accredited institution.
An
undergraduate grade point average of "B" (3.0 on a 4.0 scale) average
or
better in the last half of the baccalaureate degree from an accredited
institution.
OR
Submit
official GRE scores (sealed in an envelope provided by Educational
Testing Service or recorded on official transcript) with the following
minimums: V:430, Q: 570, and AW:4.
OR
Have
successfully completed a graduate certificate in instructional
technology with a grade point average of 3.5 or better and an
undergraduate grade point average of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale as an
upper division undergraduate student, or the international equivalent.
OR
A
prior graduate degree from an accredited institution.
In addition to the program requirements stated above, additional requirements may be imposed by the College of Education and the University Graduate Admissions office (for example, international students may be required to submit TOEFL exam scores, etc). Please be sure to review the admission information and requirements (see below) for both the College of Education and the Graduate Admissions office.

Application
Deadlines
Applicants are responsible for submitting applications before the
appropriate program or university application deadlines. Applications
are considered "on time" if they are received by the Office of Graduate
Admissions on or before the appropriate deadline. Program deadlines are
listed in the Application to Graduate Studies at USF and on the
Graduate Admissions web site. Note: Applicants whose native language is
not English or who have not earned a degree in the U.S. must submit a
TOEFL score.
Application Deadlines by Semester:
Fall: March 15
Spring: October 15
Summer: March 1
Submission of applications after these dates may result in your acceptance into the program being delayed until the next semester. So please submit your complete application paperwork prior to the above stated deadlines.

Readmission Policy
A graduate student who has not been in attendance at least one semester during the past 12 months must apply for re-instatement of admission. Contact your program advisor for details and requirements of re-instatement. The deadline dates for the re-instatement of admission are the same as those for initial program admittance, as stated in the section above.
